Your mission as our Head of Marketing is to commandeer our marketing strategies, supercharge business growth, nurture incoming and outgoing leads like a pro, and strut your stuff as a digital marketing maestro. Your leadership will be the secret sauce behind our strong brand presence and the glue that binds our vibrant, high-performing marketing teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of proven experience as a Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, or CMO.
- Background in the digital marketing industry or related field.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English at C1 level or higher.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing solutions and services, with the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits and create relevant value propositions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and marketing automation.
- Love for people (preferred, but not required)
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse marketing team.
- Knowing how to approach the creative department of the company (through encouragement, hypnosis, gentle persuasion if needed)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strategic mindset, creative thinking, and adaptability to a fast-paced, ever-changing industry.
- Familiarity with marketing technology platforms and tools, such as CRM systems, marketing automation software, and analytics platforms.

What you will do:
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute holistic marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and competitive positioning to drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity.
- Ensure consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Manage brand guidelines, messaging, and positioning.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Develop lead generation strategies and align inbound and outbound marketing plans.
- Collaborate with the Inbound and Outbound Leads to define target audiences and prioritize objectives.
- Drive lead generation through diverse channels (email, LinkedIn, digital, content, SEO, social media, targeted advertising).
- Optimize lead nurturing processes to convert leads into qualified sales opportunities.
Content Creating and Management:
- Develop and promote high-quality content (blogs, case studies, webinars).
- Educate target clients and showcase the company’s expertise and capabilities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Support client acquisition, retention, and upselling efforts.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
- Efficiently manage the marketing budget.
- Foster collaboration and effectively manage stakeholders.
