What you will be doing
Whales Ventures is seeking a talented and creative Middle Web Designer to join our team. As a Middle Web Designer, you will play a vital role in enhancing the design elements of existing websites, creating visually appealing social media content, and designing engaging blog articles. This is a part-time position suitable for candidates with 2-4 years of experience in web design.

Responsibilities
- Adding new design elements to existing websites (not creating new websites).
- Designing social content and blog articles.
- Utilize proficiency in Figma to create visually appealing designs.
- Design SMM posts, blog articles, pictures, icons, and simple custom illustrations.
- Modify stock icons and illustrations to suit project requirements.
- Maintain a portfolio of projects to showcase design skills and experience.
- Apply a keen eye for aesthetics, including color theory, typography, and layout principles.
- Collaborate with Midjourney and other design tools to leverage AI for initial designs and then refine them manually.
Must-have requirements:
- Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency.
- 2-4 years of experience in web design.
- Proven experience in enhancing existing websites and creating engaging social media and blog content.
- Strong understanding of web design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in relevant design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
