We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Content Management Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Content Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and guiding the content creation process, working closely with designers and writers to ensure high-quality and engaging content that aligns with our marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

 

  • Collaborate with content creators, including designers and writers, to provide clear and concise briefings for content projects
  • Oversee the development and execution of content plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
  • Post and publish content on websites and social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual presentation
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand target audiences and develop content strategies that effectively communicate the brand message.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content management to enhance our content efforts
  • Conduct market research to gain insights into customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry developments to ensure content relevance
  • Manage content distribution channels, such as websites, social media platforms, and email campaigns, to maximize reach and engagement
  • Analyze content performance using relevant metrics and data, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
Must-have requirements:

 

  • Advanced proficiency in content management and marketing principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Proficiency in basic design principles and tools
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in content management, preferably in a similar role
  • Ability to work remotely on a part-time basis
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and guide a team of content creators effectively
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful content strategies
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and channel
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
  • A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and engaging content.
